Job Profile: 

I am working here as a ?Production Engineer? heading complete shift production activity of it?s biggest plastic molding shop consisting 65 injection molding machines ranging from 180T to 1300T (Ferromatic, L&T, Toshiba Molding Machine).

Cycle time Reduction with consistent process set up and Maintaining Quality Output.

To reduce In-Process rejection %.

Zero hour rejection at customer end should be less then 0.5%. Same defects should not repeat at customer end.

To consume runner grinding and reprocess material on line in process. To make zero lumps generation. 

To maintain 5s, Safety, Discipline every time in shop floor as per standard. 

Achieve the production targets.

Production Process:-Practical experience of process set up, trouble shooting and process. Improvement of injection molded plastic ?Automotive& House hold Parts.from various injection moldingProcess. Well skilled to set any kind of moulds with standard quality consistency and less rejections.

Raw Material processed:-HIPS,PMMA, PP, ABS, PPGF, etc.

Machine handled:-Haitian (530T& 800T), WINDSOR (650T, 850T, 1050T 1300T & 1600T), FERROMATIC (150T, 480T, 780T, 1300), ELECTRONICA (180T, 280T, 350T, 450T, 680T, 850T).

PPC:-To follow up daily production planning control to organize MOULD CHANGES on daily basis withPrioritize, considering Best Mould & Machine combination.
