Role: On site design support for 3 months in Hanil E-Hwa, South Korea during design stage.

Design Activities:

FR BPR CVR: ?Design skin review (Mold feasibility checking, Draft angle checking, and Approach angle checking.) Master section creation as per design skin, Base part thickness application, Parting line location & MT?G made according to body design.

BPR Grille & R/Grille: Design skin closing, parting line location & MT?G made according to Bumper design.license plate MT?G made according to Indian regulation.

CR- Piece: Design skin closing, parting line location & MT?G made according to Bumper grille design. Sharp edges will be avoided while design to improve Cr-plating.?

Energy Absorber: Designed according to surrounding parts with ensuring to withstand low impact energy.

Tow hook cap: Design skin closing, parting line location & MT?G made according to required operating force for cap.

RR BPR CVR: ?Design skin review (Mold feasibility checking, Draft angle checking, and departure angle checking.) Master section creation as per design skin, Base part thickness application, Parting line location & MT?G made according to body design.

RPAS Holder: According to bumper cover profile holder designed without over flush to bumper cover. Ultra sonic welding used to mount the holder and bumper cover.?
