Documentation, implementation, & maintenance of various quality system in the production unit viz ISO 9001-2000. 

IQC:- Incoming quality control of total row material (ABS, HIPS, PC, etc). 

LQC:- To control process parameter on line shop floor. 

Handling flowing m/c Cosmos injection molding m/c 450T, Golden eagle injection molding m/c 360 T, L/T injection molding m/c 350T. Cincinnati Milacron injection molding m/c 110 ton. FCS injection molding m/c 60 ton, Willtec injection molding m/c260t. 



MATERIAL PROCESS:- 

ABS, HIPS, GPPS, PC, Acrylic (PMMA), PP, PA-6, ASA, PBT etc
