Fully Responsible For the Process, Troubleshooting for any problem in process of Injection moulding, Man power handling, production with qualitatively and quantitative, optimization of the process as well as to use the operator efficiently. 

Responsible for the new development to satisfy our customer with the quality and to start at earliest.

Additional Responsibility: Looking after assembly.

Manpower handling, resolving all technical issue.

Also involved in following: 

Upcoming projects tools trails & process setup with timeline.  

Incoming all engineering plastic testing and trial at our end.

Up gradation of our supplier for new tool production.

Establishing moulding specification and norms for the newly developed Product.

Supplier process audit and improvement for moulding of plastic components and Process of existing products.

Additional Specs:-

Reducing rejection percentage in moulding & Assembly lines.

Improving productivity in moulding shop as well as in Assembly.

Reducing manufacturing cost in all process by optimizing process.



Project

Thermosets & Thermoplastic moulding and process optimization with timeline.

Use All Engineering Materials with Hot Sprue, Cold Sprue, and Sequencing Gate system.
