Job Profile: 

Supporting a team 

Supervision of Tool Room for Die manufacturing.

Quality check, tool check, Die Trail.

Design input as per manufacturing, & fitment feasibility.

Input for assembly process feasibility.

Action plan and new input as per customer requirement.

Coordination with design & Process team for manufacturing & assembling process.

On time dies assembly. 

Trial assistance & Post trial correction of the dies assembled. 

Housekeeping, Safety & Kaizen initiatives

Quality check, tool check, Die Trail

Design input as per manufacturing, & fitment feasibility.

Input for assembly process feasibility.

Involvement in activities like die trail upto customer requirement

Preparation of drawing, proto development, parts validation, 

Supervision of Tool Room for Die manufacturing.

Initiate the feasibility of localization of the imported components if possible.

Preparation of Assembly sequence of subassemblies and other components valid in that top level assembly environment.
