Work Experience Details: 
As a Engineer in MYSORE POLYMERS AND RUBBER PRODUCTS PVT LTD from March 2003. This company is well established in manufacturing of automotive tubes ranging from two wheelers to truck sizes. This company also manufactures other rubber products like gaskets, rubber to metal bonded items, profiles etc. This is the first Tube Company in India to get an ISO certification. This company has an export market in various countries.



Activities Involved:

1.Developing new products as per customer requirement.

   Designing of tentative process for costing purpose.

   Designing of prototype mould and production mould.

   To analyze the requirements of customer and develop a compound which suits the 

   requirements of customer.

   Taking prototype samples and sending for approval from customer.

   Develop existing compound for scrap reduction. 

2.Planning and executing the production of rubber products as per the customer order.

3.Scrap analysis/data analyzation relating to percentage of scrap and its reduction.

4.Maintaining day-to-day activities of work in progress with various departments.

5.Maintaining standard levels as per specifications required by customers by

   checking dimensions, quality etc.

6.Designing packing for particular product (individual/ bulk quantity) to avoid transit damage.

7.Practising ISO standards followed by the company.
