Handling Moulding Production Shop floor and Shift Production 

Implementation of 5s activities on the Shop floor

Responsible for achieving the daily production plan

Handling manpower, material planning, injection moulding machines

Responsible for minimizing rejection and rework

Checking machines on daily basis

Supervising hourly productions   

Simultaneously working towards productivity & quality improvement through kaizen activities

Implementing FIFO, 5S, TPM 

Preserving discipline according to safety rules
