Job Profile :?

Maintain & Record spare part status of plant Machines.

Daily Supervision of all Plant Machines.

Daily Analysis of Critical machines breakdown .

Jig & Fixture Calibration according to plan.

Make preventive maintenance plane & update documents according to machine requirement.

Maintenance MTTR, MTBF, Preventive, Predictive, Daily check sheet History sheet of Machine .

Supervise and maintain the maintenance activities set in the machines during manufacturing operation.

Responsible for all the reports generating like daily log book,breakdown analysis and machine efficiency calculation.

Responsible for preventive maintenance to ensure that the all machines are running in optimum efficiency

Documentation of procedures in case of new processes are added/corrective and preventive action as when required.

Raise issues of maintenance to manager maintenance so that corrective and preventive ?action is initiated.
