Detailed study of the concept design made as per the requirement (A-Surface).

Creation of Tooling direction and Draft Analysis is carried out in A-Surface.

A-Surface as inputs?B? surface is made off-set and maintaining the thickness and tangential continuity, reconciled process and surface warping is done for non-offset/problem areas. 

Giving 2D Proposals and Formulating engineering features per master section requirements.

Reviewing with Master Sections for attachment schemes.

Review with the team to define attachment scheme & requirements.

Evaluated Engineering Features of both mating parts to fix properly.

Snaps, Clip Towers, Locators, Heat Steaks, Rib, Boss, Flange and Depression are created as per client?s requirement.
