Extensively involved in below projects for RFQ, Design Validation & Product Validation:

J92 (Renault Lodgy):- Responsible for 1st Row & 2nd Row Seat plastic parts.

Number of Plastic components: 17 (E.g. Side Valances, Foot covers, Picnic tray assembly, Easy entry assembly).

J32U (Nissan Serena Japan):- Responsible for 3rd Row & 2nd Row Center Seat plastic Parts.

Number of Plastic components : 20 (E.g. Undercover, Link Covers, Leg Covers, Track covers, Side Valances, Front & Rear Fin covers, Handles).

Design for RFQ.

V316 (VOLVO):- Currently working on Volvo V316 program. Support involves development of CAD from Technical Input Sections, creation of drawings with GD & T for DV release. 

Also involved in work order basis tasks for OEM?s like Volvo, Toyota and Chrysler.
