Responsible for all production related activity like achieving daily targets, reducing rejection, increasing work efficiency, maintain record of daily production.

Responsibility for Production, Operation & ensures the Quality & Quantity delivery requirements.

Process Standardization & Trouble Shooting

Planning the Shift Activities to achieve the Production target

To set Process Parameters & Monitor as par SOP.

Communication & Coordinating with Colleagues and Superiors for Manpower, Raw Material, Packing Material requirements & related issues.

Inspection of Mold before Production start-up.

Carrying out the preventing maintenance for Machines. Molds & Accessories.

Productivity Increase & optimum capacity utilization of machines.

Record Keeping of all prod. related data.

Applying innovativeness in prod. method, process for betterment.

Assuring quality of product as per specification/sop.

Managing 3M effectively to improve productivity & quality.

Knowledge about ISO 9001, 14001, 18001

Implement & maintain TPM, Lean manufacturing & 5S house keeping systems
