Inspection & testing of incoming raw material & Finished products.

Checked ID, OD, Thickness, Spacing, Outer & Inner surface, Emission rate test, Dripper welding, Dripper drill depth of PE pipes.

Check and monitor Weight analysis, Printing, labeling, packing of Finished coils.

Dispatch of Finished goods products to warehouse.

Checked and Maintained quality reports as per ISO & BIS.

Reporting to QA & QC manager.

Monitoring of calibration of instrument.

Handling manpower in QC department.
