Job Profile:

Prepare a daily report of power consumption and machine wise energy consumption. Also, carry out doing analysis of the reports on a daily basis.

Carry out Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance of Electrical equipment and Instrumentation. Maintains & controls the quality of works assigned. Follow up the work according to work procedure. Developing and managing shutdown maintenance plans and procedures for all instrumentation & electrical equipment.

Man power planning for day to day maintenance work as well as any emergency work and solve critical problems on time in close coordination with Operations.

Planning and scheduling of maintenance activities like troubleshooting, overhauling, calibration, testing work of electronic instrument by referring to the circuit diagrams.?

Working knowledge of 11KV Transformer and Oil Circuit Breakers (OCB), direct online starter, Star-Delta starters, Reversing starter, Interlocking circuits, Panel Wiring, Relays, Contactors, Thermal overload relays, Breakers, AC & DC Drives and PID controllers, Chiller, Compressors and Diesel generators, electrical heaters, water immersion heaters, etc.

Maintenance of plant lighting and utilities LV & HV Panels, plastic extrusion machines, plastic stretch plants.

Trouble shooting of plastic eyelets machines, AC & DC motors, Air blower motors, overhead electrical cranes.

Practical Knowledge of Temperature controllers, Thermocouples, RTDs, Level Detectors, Flow meters, Capacitive and Inductive Proximity switches, Control valves, load cell operated weight scales.
