Responsible for production as well as good quality of injection moulding components.

Planning the daily production as per scheduled and reporting to production head.

Arrangement of manpower in the shift and also arrangement of raw materials.

Utilization of optimum resources to achieve given target production.

Responsible for fifo, root cause,  5s & TPM related activities.

Implement of Kaizen in the shop floor.

Inspection of the new Components.

Applying Quality control techniques in maintaining quality of product, components in terms of rejection PPM

Technical Capabilities:   

Handled Injection Moulding Machines ranging from 60 ton to 450 ton ( L&T, Toshiba).

Analysis of the line rejections & taking actions for the reduction of the same
