Worked on cad, layouts & drawing of gearbox PLM release activity.

Design & development of complicated casting, forging, plastics & sheet metal components (gearbox housing, and plastic shifter housing). 

Design & development of Gear shift linkages.

Participation in VAVE activities to reduce cost of product at design stage.

Coordination with vehicle integration, prototype planning, Indoor/ outdoor testing departments for manufacturing and validation of designed components respectively.

Involved in engineering sign off, tool kick off, technical review sign off & failure analysis.

I have Completed Design and development of 35 plastics component (plastic body of connector, and refrigerator component, spur gear), 10 Sheet metal component. (circlip, stator, rotor, tray) and reverse engineering of ?15 component using pro-Engineer & catia as a design tool.
