Intimate to shift engineers of any defects, immediately in writing & take their acknowledgements.

Maintain history sheet of the product with reference.

Carry out timely inspection of item as per approved format?Including packing inputs and packed products.

Non-Conformance product is kept in a separate identifiable?Area & kept clean.

Inspection of all incoming materials as per establish?To be established norms.

Keeping record of rejected products and their disposal.

Interact with machine workers for on-line training.?

Pre-dispatch inspection.

Handling all new development project and trials.

Basic operation of Injection & Extrusion moulding Machine.

Customer complaint handling.
