To carry out analytical works both for on-line & off-line sample as per the laid down

Procedures and to maintain all analytical records.

Field inspection of sub raw materials and finished product, maintain all working records.

Preparation of analysis report for the incoming material & test certificate for the final product.

Inspection, sampling and testing of incoming raw and sub raw material.

Inspection and testing of finished products prior to dispatch.

Inspect the color difference by using spectrometer.

Performing online inspection of the materials or granules to avoid any non- Confirmative properties to the materials.

Online inspection of production: performing online inspection of the materials or granules to avoid any non- Confirmative properties to the materials

In process auditing: Audit done for the process parameters according to specific data sheet for better process control
