I am working in operation. My day to day activity likes Extruder(Operation)line start

and stop,

NC to BK and BK to NC transition cleaning activity, All type of our requirement

testing likes MFI (melt flow index) YI (yellowness index) LI (lightness Index)

TEF(Thermally Evolved formaldehyde) Ash content, Melt viscosity, Moisture.

I am working on K-tron feeder and calibration as per our operation discipline.

In Bagging likes checked all Finished product Bag printing checked as per our P.O

number and Lot number also checked on bag .Also checked Bag length and weight

and

Checked sealing quality FP sample taken and tested done as per customer requirement.

In online running grade any problem related to product during testing in process

material not coming Proper so rectify that and inform to our supervisor.

I have also doing In software data entry related to product testing result and

updated.

I have checked Raw material testing before use material for compounding.

I do WRG cutter fixing and cleaning .

We have make as per our grade requirement Batch preparation.

I have also handling of vaccume systems .

Grade wise temperature, vent -port vaccume, recipe, K-tron setting .

I do process related trouble shooting.

Rework management i.e. usage of rework its control and proper data entries for

rework generation and rework consumption.

Maintaining 5s and housekeeping practices those standards in every shift.

Bagging checklist and bagging activities.

Maintaining world-class safety culture by following and make others follow the

same practice.

Handle JSG (Auto Palatalizing system) and all parameters.
