Handle BIS/ISO documentation, correspondence, inspection, testing, and quality control.

Test and evaluate incoming raw material and finished product

Conduct audits and inspections for ISI & ISO.

Overseeing production processes, control wastage, reworks & downtime to meet production target &                            timely dispatches.

Maintain calibration of all test equipment.

Create and maintain control of all documentation IS 4984:2016, IS 4985.14333, 14151(P1), 14151(P2), 10124  etc.

Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.

Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programmers.

Knowledge of production, planning an process of HDPE pipes and testing as per IS 4984:2016 latest amendments like OIT, Elongation etc.

Reporting to factory head.

Plan and organize production, mould/die change schedule & Re-negotiate as necessary to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
