Project 1: Rear Bumper (Rear Cover)

A to B Surfacing from Styling surfaces and environment data

Creating Tooling direction for A Surface

Clearing patches and tangential errors on the B side surface.

Developing closed body

Checking for tooling feasibility, Draft Analysis and assembly method

Using the clash & sectioning tool in Space Analysis toolbar, to analyze whether the part has any clash with surrounding part or contact with the mating surface



Project 2: Door Trim (Main Substate)

Checking tangential errors and tooling feasibility for styling surface which is received from customer.?

Designed the door substrate, with A-Surface being the input data, developed the B-Side surface, keeping in view the manufacturing feasibility.

Performing draft analysis based on main tooling direction.

Creation of B-Side attachment features for the part like dog house and bosses.

Giving slider direction for undercuts in the engineering features.

Creating power copy.

Report and escalate major issues immediately to Team Lead.
