Polymer Testing

Specimen preparation:

Through Injection moulding and Compression Moulding

Rheological Analysis:

Melt mass flow rate(MFR), Melt volume rate (MVR) as per ISO 1133

Mechanical Analysis:

Determination of Tensile property as per ISO 527 I

Determination of Flexural property as per ISO 178

Determination of Impact property as per ISO 180/U,180/A and 180/B

Thermal Analysis:

Vicat softening temperature as per ISO 306

Heat deflection temperature as per ISO 75I-II.

Flammability Test:

As per UL 94

Non Destructive Testing (NDT):

X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis(XRF)

Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)

Colour Matching, measurement & Correction:

Through Spectrophotometer Colour i7
