4-Year Advance Diploma In Tool & Die Making Includes:-

Designing, Manufacturing and Maintenance of press tools, jigs and fixtures.

Designing of injection mould, compression and transfer mould,

Six month in-plant training in production at CNC section and Marketing.



Experience on machines:-

All conventional machines such as Lathe, Milling, grinding, drilling.

Operating and programing of CNC Milling &lathe.

Knowledge of CNC Wire cut.

Knowledge of EDM m/c.



Projects undertaken:-

Manufacturing of jig and fixture, mould, press tool.

Making versatile components on conventional & nonconventional m/c
