Job Profile: 

Taking care of the Production activities which includes followings.

Achieve Production targets, weight control of product & Minimize rejection & wastages.

Trouble shooting of Products, size & Dies change. PVC Pipe Extrusion Process & Line Setting, Compounding process & Manpower Handling.

Handling compounding section & operate mixers.

Analysis of customer complaints periodically and implement necessary corrective actions & necessary Preventive actions.

Maintaining daily m/c condition & process parameter setting report & production related data.

Verifying and decision making on product and process quality parameters.

Reporting to Production Manager & GM Operations.



Knowledge & Skills

Achieve Production targets.

PVC pipe Extrusion Process setting, UPVC compounding & trouble shooting.

Hands on Manpower Handling & look after Production Shop-floor.

Experience on Production Planning and Raw material Planning execution.

Execute Size & Die changes with in specified time.
