Formation and extraction of  various reports on daily and monthly basis as per defined process and understand scope of work for ready reference

Inspection and testing of Incoming Raw materials, Packaging material, finished goods, Bare, PVDC Coated& Metallized BOPP films

Responsible for smooth and effective day to day routine activities

Maintain and review for Customer complaints and CAPA preparation

Follow up of CAPA and verify its effectiveness in actual practice 

Competitor?s Sample Evaluation and compare with our product with existing overall properties 

Responsible for Calibration of  all Equipments to insure properties tested

Maintain 5?S concept activity and update all required documents related to ISO

Gradation of  Finished product for Domestic and Export customers as per  ASTM Standards and specifications set by organization

Formulation selection, especially for Plain, Pearlized, Opaque, Matt, Anti-fog, Heat sealable &Metallizable BOPP films

Co-ordination with other Depts. and  troubleshooting  to sort out problems related to Process and Quality of product
