To ensure implementation of Production Planning as per approval information.

Achieve production target & analysis of break downs.

To maintain & assure quality standard.

To ensure  entries of production data in  E.R.P & Busy software. 

Maintaining wastage, rejection & pulverizing records.

Maintaining die tools  & its maintenance records.

Preparation of daily M.I.S  & monthly S.I.P reports.

Ensures correctness of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Developing/ensuring system like ISO 9001,2008 etc.

To help in documentation and control of the ISO documentation for the production activities.

Co-ordinate with related department like dispatch, maintenance, Q.C etc.

Responsible for supervising productivity and yield maintenance as per the production schedule.

Responsible to facilitate production activities in a shift as per the daily production batch sheet
