Up gradation of Technique & Technologies to improve team skills. 

MRM presentation about the improvement and adaptation of new methods.

Continuous Improvements in Production Area to improve Productivity.

Responsibilities :

Handling and planning all tool room process, Co-ordination with design and CAM department to suggest and improve tooling concepts to achieve product specifications and fulfill tooling aspects for efficient functioning and production.

Updating the Quality records, Guide, motivate and give innovative ideas to the co-workers, Assist and support the design, CAD/CAM and quality department for improvement in processes.

Performing root cause failure (RCF) analysis of repetitive errors happening in each department in the plant and taking corrective measures for the same. 

Ensuring cost reduction by undertaking Indigenization of high value/OEM Spares, Inventory management & adhering to maintenance schedules for achieving targets within allocated budgets.

Analyzing problem and acting accordingly by taking individual immediate corrective action.

Status updating to the customers & doing micro-level planning to meet target dates.
