Job Profile: 

To Maintain Laboratory systems and equipment comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Quality requirements.

To Carry out routine experiments in lab by using a wide range of Laboratory Equipment.

Experience in handling production unit and derive the required Production from the shopfloor.

To execute the daily Quality  production plan.

To arrange for the material movement as per the sequence.

To coordinate with QC for the Inspection of the processed components.

To maintain Log Book for Shift Activities.

Supervise all employees on the production floor and manage the flow of production.

Encourage teamwork within the lines.

Monitor shop floor safety. Responsible for training workers in their operations.

Actively participate in all aspects of quality control related to daily production and packaging.

Handelling Equipments like weighing balance,colour test,opacity tester,gloss meter,tensile tester,treatment fluids,melt flow index tester.

Daily checking Standard Process Parameter.

Making change control.       

Checking the granule quality by colour,apperance,texture,temperature

Checking the powder quality by colour,apperance,texture,temperature

Preparing the quality report based on RP test

Checking the MFI of RP & incoming raw materials

Checking the Rejection material
