Responsible for conducting research and support activity and actively involved in developing various products and processes.

Assisting in new product development and processing of speciality polymer.

Blending of DUHMWPE/UHMWPE with polyolefin using twin screw extruder. Optimization of temperature, screw speed and other parameters for processing.

Evaluation melt flow property and die swell of polyolefin and their blends on melt flow indexer as per ASTM standards method.

Mechanical properties analysis of films, injection moulded test specimen as per ASTM standards method.

Contact angle measurement and gas permittivity testing of polymer film.(packaging application).

Polarize optical microscope to check surface study of polymer blends.

Analysis and interpretation of experiment results by using below instruments.
