Description   : A model of robot for the purpose of material handling with features of sensing metal obstacles and to indicate the temperature and intensity of light of the surroundings. Our project also has a voice recorder and the operations can be controlled both, by remote and interfacing with system.



Software Exposure:                                

?CATIA V5R13     : Proficiency in part modeling, assembly design, drafting,    

                             Surface modeling and manufacturing.              

?HYPERMESH V7.0: Geometry clean up and mid surface extraction.

                             Surface meshing and solid meshing.            

?ANSYS V9.0       : Modeling: Solid modeling and finite element modeling.

                             Meshing: Mesh attributes, free, mapped and sweep meshing.

                             STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS: Static analysis, Modal analysis,    

                             Harmonic analysis and Transient analysis.

?UNIGRAPHICS NX2: Modeling: curve operation, form feature, feature operation,  

                                Direct modelling and free form feature. Assembly and 

                                drafting. Manufacturing: Planar and Contour milling, lathe 

                                and wire edm
