Work Performed (Between Feb 2015 to June 2015)

I have worked in Engineering, Production and Quality.

Studied various processes and products carried in the plant.

Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to restart the machine when power is off.

Studied different types of material used for the production, its Melt flow index test, in process inspection of parts produced and its defect.

Completed project on JISHU HOZEN improvement in production section [It is Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillar] and Cycle time reduction in assembly.

Studied different activity on shop floor life 1-s, 2-s, Kaizens and Different Audits.

Study the work of various Departments named as Purchase, Quality and Production.
