Calculating the amount of material used for the required output of product

Supervise  and motivating the team of workers

Able to meet daily production target as per production planning with minimum scrap 

Submit daily production reports 

Handling manpower and allocating work to them

Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control technique 

Ensuring that the production is cost effective

Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed

Working with managers to implement to production policies

Identify any defects in machines and initiate repair
