Job Profile: 

Responsible for all production and Quality related activities in the shift.

Ensuring quality of the product according to required quality limits.

Responsible for raw material planning as well as product for next shift.

Production planning with communication or meeting with plant manager.

Scheduling and conducting shift meetings (Quality Circle)

Reject product outside specifications and take immediate action to reduce it.

Coordinate production startups, shutdowns and changeovers.

Supervise all the paperwork during shift.



            Additional responsibilities:-  

Coordinate for appropriate staffing level.

Develop and implement process improvement areas.

Responsible for 5s implementation and sustenance.

Promoting quality achievement and performance throughout organization.

Supervise technical staff in carringout tests and checks.
