Company profile- Manufacture consumer and AFH disposables, as well as plastic, paper, and corrugated raw materials and packaging



Job Responsibilities in Technical (R&D and NPD as a Senior Technical Officer (Jan?19) ? Compound formulation for PE, BOPP, Cast films (14? to 250?) and PS, PP sheets (300? to 1200?).

Quotation preparations, Cost reduction, Material selection and BOM formulation. 

Sample preparation and testing of new products as per NPD request. 

Product recall, RCA analysis, Credit note and Trade agreement preparations.

Vendor development system and conduct audits to improve supplier quality. 

Product validations, Evaluations, COA and TDS preparations.

Conducting trails for new RM, ORM qualifications and RDR preparations.



Job Responsibilities in Production as a Team Leader (2015 to 2018): 

Handling Extrusion, Printing, Thermoforming and Bag making sections (slitting and cutting). 

Coordinate daily activities with the production manager. Efficiency and Productivity improvements. 

Develop benchmarks and VSM to identify and eliminate the scrap, TPM implementations. 

Improvements in Goods Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and support for sample making. 

Troubleshooting of machines whenever encounters abnormalities. 

Production planning, Organizing, Manpower handling, QC Assurance.

Identifying the gaps for deviations and improvement process. 

Responsible for Lean process, 5S, QMS and HIRA



Job Responsibilities in Quality Standards 

Approval of incoming materials and maintain records 

Machine wise QC Inspection and QCIR, NCR preparations. 

Implement QS procedure for FG by in-process control. 

Sampling and testing procedure for batch production. 

Reporting and discussing Non Conformance at any stage in Corrective Action Team. 

Maintain testing equipment?s with respect to calibration. 

Handling and maintain machine/Lab conditions as per standards. 

Handling and receiving new customer requirements, Provide product information and Self-assessment. 

Documentation and reporting results as per ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, BRC standards.
