Approval of Incoming Raw Materials which are using for manufacturing SMC.

Inspection all raw materials as per Technical specification, work instruction and inspection plan and approval. Related documentation as per system.

Ensure the quality of production of Sheet Molding Compound (SMC).

Releasing batch sheets for different grades, monitoring raw material addition time, mixing time and checking critical parameters as per check sheet. Ensuring the quality of compounding process. Monitoring maturation status of SMC. Releasing SMC for Compression moulding. Documentations as per QMS.

Ensure the quality of intermediate and finished products.

Visual inspection of Thermoset Plastic products online and final as per standard.

Third party Communications.

Communicating with third parties for new raw material development, products testing and calibration.

Compliance to ISO system & other national and international Standards.

Maintaining documents as per ISO system
