Job Profile: 

Responsible for overall packaging & Moulding section?s activities. 

Maintaining good condition of all m/c?s continually improving the efficiency of m/c?s 

Reduces the production losses and increase the production with optimum quality.

Optimum Utilization of machine & manpower with maximum output.

Ensure safety in operation, food safety & GMP in packing.

Prepare & Execute Systematic production planning after receiving orders from Marketing Department. 

Organize and attend all kind of preventive & accidental maintenance.

Attend all quality related market complaints & resolve the issues.

Erection & Commissioning of new machine as well as delivered optimum output. 

Test and approve the new moulds & raw materials for commercial use. Familiar with both type of filling m/c working according to the principle of weight & volume.

Coordinating with the other departments in critical situation.

Prepare & maintain all GMP& ISO related documents. Preparation and analysis of monthly ?MIS? & Butter worth report and availability of raw material, monitoring packing quality as per SOP.

Working with advanced ?SAP? 7.1 versions.
