Job Profile:

Ensure maintenance of essential parameters prescribed in quality plan verify and record details at regular frequency.

Verify components moulded for surface finish, dimensions and other parameters specified and record where required.

Verify quantity produced in moulding once an hour and record.

Verify mould clamping and setting and approve for production.

Ensure temperature of punch and cavity as stipulated and approve for production.

Responsible for first and last sample inspection and report to manager QC

Ensure follow-up trouble shoot guide and adjust parameters as required to avert defects.

Ensure marking ?ISI mark? on panels approved.

Collect data for statistical quality control and draw charts and take corrective action.

Ensure use PPE in the Process Area.

Ensure Source Control of all wastes in the processing area.

Ensure sources control of all wastes in the processing area.?

Inspection of standard parts like enclosure, components at finishing and maintain records.

Inspection of panel insulation process and maintain records.

Responsible for the verification and approval of parts received at receiving inspection stage and record details.

Maintain Supplier History Card

Prepare management information and data for monthly review.

Complete entries and closed of process inspection reports and circulate to concern.

Prepare non-conformance report and submit to Manger QC

Verify components at subcontractor premises as per quality plan and submit report.

Ensure conducting periodical assessment of subcontractors and verify compliance of quality procedure viz calibration of instruments, gauges, keeping inspection related records etc.

Responsible for Final inspection & Record keeping

Ensure sources control of all wastes in the processing area.?

Inspection of standard parts like enclosure, components at finishing and maintain records.
