Design Compound Development & Analysis ? As per the customer requirements

Develop the component in co-ordination with Design & Production departments as per drawings and standards (rubber).

Compound and Product Analysis using Modern equipments.

Responsible for the rubber compound submission to the customers as per their Quality Standards and their requirements.

Functioning as an interface for coordinating with various departments to ensure that the Pre Production/Production schedule is met and on-time seamless (Technical) delivery of products.

Understanding gaps in quality from Raw Materials to Finished Products and helping in up gradating for better compliance.

Vendor development for raw materials.
