Co-ordination between design and tool room for different manufacturing facilities.

Mould Maintenance & modification according requirement of customers.

JAY USHIN LTD (A JOINT VENTURE WITH USHIN LTD JAPAN). As ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified company in the field of Automative parts our main customer are Hero Honda, Honda, Suzuki. The Tool Room has the capacity to finish the total project from product design to manufacturing Inhouse . 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and scheduling all the activities of Manufacturing of new tooling. 

Improving mould manufacturing process & reducing tool cost. 

Originate formats and maintain Quality documents. 



Mediplus (India) Limited (Sep 2004 to July 2005)

Position : Supervisor ( Moulding Department )

Medi Plus (India) Ltd. A 100% export company in the field of Medical disposables. In Medi plus we have very precise machines as well as instruments due to high accuracy demands of medical field. We are manufacturing multi cavities highly accurate moulds for medical components. The tool room has large capital investments in state of the art highly accurate CNC machines, all conventional machines, latest measuring instruments and the newest technology injection moulding machines have enabled the company to shorten lead times and produce even higher accuracy .
