Job Profile: 

Responsible for operating 42 MTPD DCS operated plant for Nylon 6 production. as well as 27 MTPD manually operated plants (Total 5 units) 

Caprolactam Recovery Units 20 MTPD

Glycol Recovery Units 18 MTPD

Deploymerisation Units 27 MTPD for Green-Polymer Production

Operations of ETP plant  1500m3/hr capacity

Responsible for production of Nylon-6 Polymer chips with minimum losses and  Better Quality

To do Technical Trouble Shooting Activities to maintain Process Parameters

To carry out Startup and Shut Down activities and to do necessary changes in process, planning of PMS, Various maintenance schedules, Breakdown jobs and Prioritizing Jobs

To guide subordinates for any new changes in process also to achieve production targets with SOP?s

Preparation of various Technical Reports, Monthly Reports, Status Report and Consumption Reports, Maintaining History Report of Equipments.

Effective Utilization of resources, material and Timely completion of jobs.

Handling of activities regarding Workmen and Staff, inventory control, modifications, project related activities and follow-up actions with Purchase Stores and related departments
