Company Profile: Doing a new formulation for brake lining to meet competitor requirement in R & D and supplying the Brake lining and disc pad for cv and pv for OE.

Job Profile: 

Responsible for instrumentation lab and new source of raw materials. In instrumentation handling the TGA and GPC for testing the Raw materials and product. Using Thermogravmetric analysis finding out the stability and decomposition temperature of raw materials and Product. 

In Gel permeation chromatography the range of molecular weight of resin has been found out.  The new source of raw materials also developed for cost effective and changing the performance of product.

As a team member in Research side and also handling the project of WCF (Starter in project handling)

Reduction of Epichlorohydrin slippage in light end distillation column.

Synthesis and characterization of Poly hydroxyl propyl methacrylamide.

Optimization of Injection Molding Parameters on the properties of nylon6, 6 compounded polymer products carried out at SRF Limited, Manali.
