     Extrusion output 175 MT / day 



2.Termoplastic (India) ltd,.- (Manufactures of laminating films and pouches)-India. Duration: 2001-2004

Designation: Production Supervisor. 

Overall responsibility of production of flexible laminating film from extrusion, to printing, to lamination, to slitting, to pouch making. Machines handled Windsor, Kolsite, Kalimatha, Rotomac, Mamtha.



3. Al-Sarwath plastic factory (Manufactures of carrier bags and food packing pouches) Saudi Arabia-

Duration: 1998-2001

Designation:  Production and Maintenance Engineer. 

Over all responsibility of production of extrusion and printing , quality and machine downtime minimizing. Manpower arrangement and production planning. Also looking after palletizer machine, bag making, factory facilities like chiller, compressor, crusher and workshop equipment. 

 

4. Srivindya Poly films(p) ltd.,(manufactures of milk packing film and laminating film and pouch making )

Duration: 1995-1998

Designation: Production supervisor. 

Overall responsibility of Material combination of different type of multilayer films, printing for food product, Handling customer complaints and rectified, worked with marketing team to obtain order and satisfied the customer requirement and machine maintenance. 

Machine handled kolsite, rotomac printing. Manpower management and production planning. 



5. Dee Jay Plastics (P) ltd,. (Manufacture of milk packing film ) 

Duration: 1991-1994

Designation: Kie fel Machine operator. 

KIE FEL operation and maintenance. Run different types of milk packaging films and arrack packaging films.
