Job Profile:

Responsible for the selection of right tools  for production

Responsible for all online rejection controlling.

Analyze and resolving all customer complaints.

Handling of all ISO & ISI activities.

Maintaining of proper records of overall activities.

Knowledge about PVC pipe extrusion (CPVC, ASTM, SWR, casing & column pipe)& HDPE pipe extrusion.

Knowledge about PVC and CPVC fitting injection moulding.

Responsible for the testing of all products and incoming raw materials.

Knowledge to handle Vihan socketing machine using in Casing pipe and SWR pipes and column pipe

Analyze defects in product and taking suitable corrective steps during processing.

Knowledge to operate control print & image print m/c.



Manufacturing products:

UPVC column pipe for  submersible pumps ranges from 33 mm to 140 mm

SWR Pipe for sewage water 60mm to 160 mm according to IS 13592.

ASTMD Pipe for portable water supply from 21 mm to 140 mm according to IS 1785.

Casing pipe for bore well from 100 mm to 200 mm according to IS 12818.

CPVC pipe for hot & cold water distribution system from 15mm to 114 mm according to IS 15778.

HDPE pipe for portable water supply from 20mm to 110 mm according to IS 4984.

Agri pipe for portable water supply from DN 40 mm to 160 mm according to IS 4985



Technical Skills:

Knowledge in uPVC pipe, CPVC pipe and HDPE pipe machine mention in below.

Knowledge to operate and trouble shooting in extrusion machine like Kabra (90-22V, 65-22V and 52-25V) single line extruder. Same as full working experience in twin line extruder like Kabra 65-22V & 90-22v Twin line fully automatic with touch screen operating system.

Knowledge to operate and trouble shooting in CPVC extrusion machine like Theysohn(TS-88) in twin line machine fully automatic with touch Knowledge of Operating in injection Moulding machines.(sigma 150,200 and Windsor)screen operating system Knowledge of Operating in injection Moulding machines.(sigma-150,200 and Windsor)



Testing:

Knowledge to work in sophisticated instruments like U T M, Impact Tester, MFI, CBC, CBD, VST, Ash Content Tester, Opacity Tester, Density Tester, Hydrostatic pressure tester, Reversion, Shore A Hardness etc.
