Job Profile: 

Responsible for quality assurance of manufactured parts In-process inspection at all stages of processes and Incoming Quality control for BOP Parts.

Preparation of In-process Documents like GAP & Flush reports, dimensional & inspection reports.

To prepare SPC & MSA document as per plan Vs Actual.

Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns through 7QC tools.

Vendor?s development of new parts.

Follow up with venders & weekly meeting of vendors to improve the quality.

Daily & weekly report for improvement.

Line support for quality issue & feedback to vender.

Cost saving & Quality improvement through best practices.

New mould reliability test report & part approval.   

Calibration, Testing (MFI, UTM, ASH CONTENT, CBC, HDT) etc. New Product Development Quality Assuranc  

Ensure adherence of control plan and instructio
