Company Profile: Manufacturer of plastic Injection moulded and painted parts for Hero Motocorp, Escorts Ltd., Mann & Hummel, Autoliv & Polyplastic.

Job Profile: 

Online inspection according to sampling  plan		

Layout report of all BOP components.

Inspection of all parts like Rubber (Grommet, Rubber cover, Cushions), Sheet metal (Screws, Plates, Wires products, Collars, Inserts, Bolts, Nut  etc.) and Raw material (PP, ABS PC Nylon), Plastic parts (Visor, Mud guard, Side cover, Seat base etc). 

Coordinate and provide training to worker about safety, 3M and 5S.

Maintain daily rejection report and reduce PPM.

Co-ordinate with production department and process QA for line rejection complaints of BOP material.

Inspection of new development BOP & their documentation.	

Control of monitoring & measuring device.

Sample/Pilot lot inspection for new developed supplier

Layout inspection/ Material test certificate as per plan.

Working with SAP.

Daily basic problem handling and issue solving

Test the MFI of Raw material like PP, ABS, NYLON, PC etc on daily basis.

Doing moisture content of Raw material on daily basis.

Knowledge of measuring devices like: D.V.C, D.M.M, Height Gauge, Radius Gauge, T.P.G, T.R.G, Rubber hardness tester, Plating thickness tester, Pin gauge, Filler gauge, Slip gauge.

Knowledge of PDI process.

PDI Reports upload on HMCL portal on daily basis.

Knowledge of process quality.

Incharge of Fender rear Assembly line
