 Polystyrene & Polyolefinic blends, White & colour Masterbatches, Extruded Polystyrene foam for thermal insulation (XPS) and Expandable Polystyrene (EPS).

Job Profile: 

Handling 3 nos. of Werner & Pfliederer (coperion) twin screw extruder having?capacity of 1450 kg/hr each. With loss in weight feeders system of K-TRON technology.

Handling USON Technology kneader with twin screw for master batches.

Handling High speed mixers for precolored polystyrene.

Handling single screw extruder of R-R Technology

Handling 3 nos. of Extrusion Crafts extruder with water ring.

pelletizers of 1000 kg/h capacity and 2 nos. of water ring pelletizers of 600 kg/ hr capacity.

Handling spectrophotometer of Great Macbeth color eye 7000A.

Responsible for production efficiency & Quality.

Updating documents both manual/SAP-ERP 

Handling Injection molding machine of ANGEL Technology having capacity of 100 ton & 60 ton each

Handling contract manpower and other Trouble shootings.

Batch preparation and correction taken in pre colour and master batch.



Project Profile:?

Installation and commissioning of Extruder Line:

Member of cross functional team, responsible for carry out Installation and commissioning of Polymer Extruder Lines; 3 Kneader Base Lines (750 Kg/Hr) and Feeder base Line (600 Kg/ Hr, with provision of 2 side Feeder of Filler addition).

Team also responsible for establishing working parameter and provision of interlocks for safe working of human being and equipment.

Hazard identification and Risk assessment (HIRA) of new activities involved during project and normal operation of Line.

Installation and commissioning of Material Feeding system (Ktron) .

Automation System Installation and commissioning for Fluidized Bed Dryer.



Hands On Experience: (Operational Knowledge and Troubleshooting of Process)

Extruder: Zsk-50 Coperion (Krupp Werner and Pfleiderer) Extruder Line (1000Kg/Hr, 30:1 L/D), Kneader Base Extruder Line(750 Kg/Hr, 40:1 L/D, Twin Screw), Kneader Base Single screw Extruder Line (600 Kg/Hr).
