Production Plan: Mixer wise production planning 



Online inspection of Compounding process: performing online inspection of the material, mixers to avoid any non- Conformity in material. 



Trouble-shooting: Solve out the different process related faults due to material as well as the process.



Research and development: Doing R & D in formulation of compound according to test results for getting better quality of pipes as well to solve various process related faults.



Works on CAPA(corrective action and preventive action): Finding of the same and ensure the implementation of POA(Plan of action) in better way to avoid wastage & downtime due to material.?

Working on SPC and SQC: statical process control and statistical Quality control to check the stability of process.



Preparation of Docs for ISO 9001:2008(QMS), ISO 14001:2004(EMS) and ISO 18001:2007 OHSAS: preparation of documents and also ensuring the implementation of system.

SMED(Single minute Exchange of Dies): working on the project of SMED for reducing the production loss due to excessive time taken due to Die change and produced good results.

7 QC tools: Analyses Data & prepare action plan and ensure implementation of the same.
