Looking after Calibration activities, CMM Inspection & Plastic raw material Related testing?s.

Handling Standard room Calibration activity.

Inspection of Moulded and Assembly Components as per CAD data/drawing by using CMM

(make-Accurate-Spectra CNC-Capacity of Axix-X: 600, Y-1000, Z: 500.Software used-Virtual DMIS 4.3).

Inspection of Tolls, Fixtures, gauges as per drawing/CAD.

Layout Inspection of the parts as per drawing and customer requirement for regular customer

and SIR during product development.

Preventive Maintenance of CMM as per manufacturer guidelines.

CMM machine.
