Responsible for supervising the shift activities of the production floor.

Production as per planning and process control to achieve the target.

Machine wise production plan as per forecast.

To optimize the productivity by optimum utilization of all resources 4MS(man, machine, material & method.

Preparation of daily, weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.

Attended trouble shooting & solving molding defects.

cycle time and mould change time reduction.

conductive trials of new mould and raw materials..

Involve in development as well as modification on mould operation.

To maintain documents as per ISO 1400 & TS 16949:2002, system requirement.

Focus on customer requirement and satisfaction.

Also have good skill in HRSs such as YUDO.

To ensure systematic and proper running equipments for full target output.

Responsible for Manpower planning and coordinating the entire team for higher productivity .

Handling and maintain the ISO documents.

As an audit member auditing others departments in internal audits.

Reporting updates to HOD in daily gemba meeting.

Implementation of 6's and kaizen related to PQDCMS and related process.

Ensuring adherence to quality standrads, implementation stringent quality control sys-tems and reduce rejection level & rework.

Maintaining production reports by applying knowledge of 7 qc tools.

Should have knowledge of KIEZEN, POKA-YOKE, SMED, SPC, CAPA,PPAP & TPM
