Online Production Quality controls & preparation of reports.

Follow-up of the Quality related complaints, Removal of Defects, Data collection and          Complaint Analysis

To prepare CAPA for Customer concern after attending Customer Complaints.

Inspection & Instrumentation of all product & preparing daily summary report.

Record keeping of daily Process and Final stage rejection with maintain Q/A report & P-Chart status.

Prepare Monthly Data for PPM level (In house & Customer).

Implement Kaizen, suggestion & 5S on Shop floor.

Doing SPC with monthly schedule at In-house Component.

Doing MSA with Monthly Plan Basis for all Instruments.

Resolving Technical issues with Customer.

Maintaining Master List of technical reviews, packing procedure & customer supply.

Customer review meeting & internal review meeting.

To conduct trail of new development & modification.

To discuss the problem in parts with internal & customers and hand over to tool room for corrective action.

Prepared all documents for new parts which is ready to start Production.

Prepare weekly SQC Report.
