Job Profile: 

I am taking charge in propylene, H2 & N2 purification, Teal area, vent gas recovery field area of Polypropylene.



Purification Field area:

I have worked in field area of Propylene, H2 & N2 purification and  Vent gas recovery, Teal area, Steam & condensate area.

Sampling, Pump change over, Teal isotainer replacement, Teal deactivation, vessel/pump/compressor hand over for maintenance & take over after maintenance.

Bed change over & total regeneration activity



Emergency Handling:

Teal ESD due to air failure.

Propylene charge pump failure.

VGR compressor failure.

Fire emergency handling.

Plant level emergency mock drill every year.



Others:

Following different work permit systems like hot work and cold work line break, confined space entry etc.

To maintain records/log books for the important field readings in ODR (Operator Driven Reliability).

Preparing, updating, maintain and following standard operating and maintenance procedures for all jobs.

To ensure good housekeeping in the plant.

To ensures dispatch of samples as per sampling schedule
